Who We Are

Erin Richard, LCSW
Founder and Owner
As a licensed clinician, I focus on meeting with clients who suffer from trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and mood disorders. I also help those who just need someone to talk too about life stressors and life decisions. I utilize a multitude of therapeutic techniques such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Together we will reframe negative thoughts into positive ones, learn skills to overcome intrusive thoughts, and learn how to focus on your strengths.

Lauren Hunt, LCSW
Therapist
When you were a kid, were things simple for you? Were there times that you felt alone, different, or unable to do anything right? Children have big emotions that they are learning to navigate. As an adult, we are learning to meet our own needs, our family's needs, and external needs. When traumatic or stressful events occur, the impacts on both adults and children can become overwhelming. My goal is to meet you where you are in life; strengthen your skills to reduce impact from stressful events; empower you to overcome barriers that are present in our lives.
My approach starts with creating client-identified goals, utilizing evidence-based treatments, and acknowledging the importance of self-healing. Working as a team, we will gain insight into the root causes of emotions and behaviors, develop healthy skills to manage symptoms, and recognize the need for self-acceptance.
My career has consisted of working with at-risk populations, families involved with foster and kinship care, those exposed to abuse and/or neglect, youth expressing behaviors that impact home/school functioning, advanced/gifted youth, individuals with learning disabilities, and more.
